Directed by Ron Vignone Feature Film • 89 minutes • USA
A soon-to-be married couple and their wedding party are all gussied up and ready to head out to a ranch in the middle of the desert. Their limo driver has everything under control, escorting them out into the middle of nowhere as they all drink champagne in the back of the car. But then it turns out they really are heading out into the middle of nowhere. Their situation switches from being lost to stranded and the tumbleweed of disaster just builds and builds as this hilarious and thoroughly engrossing film progresses.
Director Ron Vignone’s feature debut Say I Do is a smartly and handsomely made independent film that intimately captures those nervous moments prior to saying the words that unite man and wife.
Ron Vignone will be conducting a Q & A with the audience after his film. He will also be joining our other guest filmmakers for a “Filmmakers Symposium” at COS-Ford Theater on Sunday from 1:30-3:00.
